Ralston Middle School celebrated Unity Week, promoting bully awareness and encouraging kindness and inclusion. Students participated in a variety of activities, including a chalk art event where they decorated the school grounds with positive messages. A Kindness Wall allowed students to share words of appreciation and support, while classrooms joined a door decorating contest, creating displays focused on unity and respect.

Staff and students were encouraged to wear orange or shirts representing kindness, symbolizing their stand against bullying. Lessons on unity and inclusion were taught by the school’s Social Worker and School Psychologist to all 7th graders, while the school’s Wise UP Wednesday series featured lessons for all students on bully awareness and the effects of bullying.

Through these activities, Ralston Middle School demonstrated its commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment for everyone.
